These terms describe the rules for using MWK, the role of third-party content, and the responsibilities that come with using the service.

1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to the MWK website and its related discovery features, provided by MWK Inc. (“MWK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” means the person using the service or, if authorized, the organization on whose behalf that person acts.
Using the service signifies agreement to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Additional terms, if clearly provided for a particular feature, apply to that feature.
2. Using MWK
You may use MWK for lawful browsing and discovery, subject to these terms and the rights of others. You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms, or use the service with any consent and supervision required by the law where you live. The service is not directed to children under 13.
The current service does not require an account. Saved stories and preferences are stored in your browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared or unavailable. They are not a permanent archive or a cross-device backup.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, or harass people. Do not bypass access restrictions, probe systems without authorization, interfere with other visitors, or make automated requests that disrupt or impose an unreasonable load on the service.
Do not represent MWK content or branding as your own, remove required ownership notices, or claim an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist. Lawful uses protected by applicable law are not restricted by these terms.
4. Publishers & third-party services
MWK organizes headlines, images, and links from independent sources. We do not control the publishers’ websites, reporting, availability, subscription requirements, or practices. A listing is not a guarantee of accuracy or an endorsement. The publisher’s terms apply when you visit its site.
Automated selection can produce errors, delays, duplicates, or incomplete context. Review the original report and other appropriate sources. Coverage and available features can vary by location, language, and time.
5. Intellectual property
MWK’s original branding, software, and site materials are owned by MWK or its licensors, subject to applicable third-party and open-source rights. Articles, photographs, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rightsholders.
Access to MWK does not grant a license to republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit third-party content. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions your use requires. To report an infringement concern, follow our Copyright & DMCA page.
6. Information, not professional advice
News, finance, health, weather, and other information is provided for general informational purposes. It is not personalized investment, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate.
Do not rely on MWK for emergency alerts, safety-critical decisions, live market execution, or an exhaustive account of a developing event. Follow the relevant public authorities and official sources.
7. Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the service, including a particular listing, to improve it, address security or rights concerns, or comply with law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that a particular story will remain available.
We may restrict access for violations of these terms or conduct that harms the service or others. Where required by law, we will provide notice or an opportunity to challenge a restriction.
8. Disclaimers & limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that every issue will be corrected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MWK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections.
9. Questions, disputes & your rights
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive access to a court, or take away legal rights that apply where you live. Applicable law determines the courts and remedies available for a dispute.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
10. Updates & contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised version and its effective date here, and provide additional notice where legally required. Material changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.
